Клинический случай инфантильной гемангиомы печени в свете современных представлений о диагностике и терапии гемангиом в педиатрической практике

Аннотация
В статье изложены краткие сведения об инфантильной гемангиоме - доброкачественной сосудистой опухоли, связанной с пролиферацией клеток эндотелия. Представлены современные взгляды на патогенез, классификацию инфантильной гемангиомы и подходы к лечению. Отдельно приведены сведения, касающиеся инфантильной гемангиомы печени. Обсуждается проблема использования препаратов группы бета-адреноблокаторов в лечении инфантильной гемангиомы. На примере клинического случая продемонстрирована эффективность бета-адреноблокаторов в лечении гемангиомы печени.
