Перикардит как редкое внекишечное проявление язвенного колита у подростка

Воспалительные заболевания кишечника можно отнести к системным заболеваниям. Поздняя диагностика, неадекватная терапия и низкий комплаенс пациентов, приводит к возникновению внекишечных осложнений, усугубляя течение и ухудшая прогноз основного заболевания. Отсутствие специфических проявлений перикардита, а также выходящие на первый план жалобы основного заболевания, могут маскировать внекишечные проявления. Междисциплинарный подход способствует предотвращению осложнений, достижению ремиссии и улучшению качества жизни.
