Аннотация

В абдоминальной хирургии после операций на брюшной полости возможно развитие нарушений нормальной согласованной пропульсивной моторики желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ). Этот эпизод желудочно-кишечной гипомоторики или состояние динамической кишечной непроходимости обозначается как послеоперационный илеус (ПОИ) или послеоперационный парез ЖКТ. Частота развития ПОИ в клинике абдоминальной хирургии составляет от 10 до 30%. Жевательная резинка используется в хирургии для уменьшения послеоперационной кишечной непроходимости с начала XXI века. В рамках представленного обзора рассмотрены основные рандомизированные клинические исследования, обзоры и мета-анализы, посвященные изучению эффекта жевательной резинки в абдоминальной хирургии для профилактики послеоперационного илеуса. Приведенные в обзоре данные свидетельствуют об эффективности и безопасности применения жевательной резинки в послеоперационном периоде для профилактики ПОИ в абдоминальной хирургии и оперативных вмешательствах в смежных областях.
