Аннотация
Коронарный атеротромбоз грозное осложнение язвенного колита и может встречаться у лиц молодого возраста. В статье представлено описание случая мультифокального атеросклероза, осложненного острым инфарктом миокарда, вызванного тромбозом атеросклеротически измененной артерии, у молодой женщины с язвенным колитом.
