Коронарный атеротромбоз грозное осложнение язвенного колита и может встречаться у лиц молодого возраста. В статье представлено описание случая мультифокального атеросклероза, осложненного острым инфарктом миокарда, вызванного тромбозом атеросклеротически измененной артерии, у молодой женщины с язвенным колитом.

Coronary artery thrombosis in ulcerative colitis is a serious condition and can occur in the young population. The authors report a case of multifocal atherosclerosis complicated by acute myocardial infarction due to atherosclerotic coronary thrombosis in a young woman with ulcerative colitis.
