Аннотация

Инфекция Helicobacter pylori широко распространена во всем мире. Она играет значительную роль в патогенезе многих заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта, таких как язвенная болезнь, атрофический гастрит, рак желудка. За последнее время появилось большое количество работ, указывающих на связь инфекции Helicobacter pylori с экстрагастральными заболеваниями. Заболевания печени, и особенно, жировая болезнь печени, также широко распространены и активно изучаются. Связь между инфекцией Helicobacter pylori и неалкогольной жировой болезнью печени стала предметом множества исследований, однако данных все еще недостаточно для однозначных выводов.
