ДИАГНОСТИКА И ЛЕЧЕНИЕ СОЛИДНО-ПСЕВДОПАПИЛЛЯРНОЙ ОПУХОЛИ ПОДЖЕЛУДОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ У МОЛОДОЙ ЖЕНЩИНЫ
Аннотация
Статья посвящена обсуждению клинического случая диагностики редкой опухоли поджелудочной железы - солидная псевдопапиллярная опухоль. Представлены этапы диагностики и клинико-инструментальные, а также морфологические признаки. В качестве окончательного метода лечения была выполнена дистальная резекция поджелудочной железы с сохранением селезенки. В обсуждении приводится обзор литературы по данной проблеме.
