Редкие неэпителиальные опухоли желудочно-кишечного тракта: особенности эндоскопической и морфологической диагностики

Аннотация

Неэпителиальные опухоли (НО) желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ) - это большая гетерогенная группа новообразований различного происхождения. НО характеризуются отсутствием патогномоничной клинической картины, а также тем, что вызывают сложности как на этапе эндоскопической диагностики, так и при морфологическом исследовании. Нередко окончательный диагноз может быть установлен только после полноценной морфологической диагностики удаленной опухоли. В большинстве случаев для постановки диагноза необходимо ИГХ исследование. Понимание эндоскопических проявлений обеспечивает существенную помощь в дифференциальной диагностике. В статье представлен обзор данных литературы, посвященных выбору метода эндоскопической и эндоУзи диагностике редких неэпителиальных опухолей желудочно-кишечного тракта.
