Клинические «маски» гетеротопии поджелудочной железы: описание клинического случая и систематический мета-анализ

Гетеротопическая поджелудочная железа (ГПЖ) представляет собой аберрантную анатомическую мальформацию, которая чаще всего локализуется в верхних отделах желудочно-кишечного тракта. Наличие абберантной поджелудочной железы в большинстве случаев протекают бессимптомно, но в ряде клинических ситуаций сопровождается симптомами, требующими лекарственной терапии, иногда хирургического или эндоскопического вмешательства. Анализ клинических проявлений и симптомов ГПЖ важно в выборе тактики лечения пациентов. Сложность заключается в том, что недостаточно информации по ГПЖ в литературных источниках, отсутствуют данные по исследованию в крупной когорте пациентов с ГПЖ. Целью публикации является обзор клинических случаев, в том числе, собственного наблюдения, и сравнение их с систематическим обзором литературы для того, чтобы сделать выводы об особенностях клинических проявлений, патоморфозе и современных принципах лечения заболевания.
