Рак желчного пузыря: эпидемиология, факторы риска

Аннотация

Рак желчного пузыря (РЖП) - редкое, но высоко злокачественное новообразование. Большинство случаев выявляется случайно у пациентов, проходящих обследование по поводу желчнокаменной болезни. Считается, что неблагоприятный прогноз, связанный с РЖП, связан с поздней стадией при постановке диагноза, что обусловлено как анатомическим положением желчного пузыря, так и нечеткостью и неспецифичностью симптомов, что повышает актуальность изучения и освещения данной тематики. Хотя имеющиеся данные подтверждают снижение общей заболеваемости РЖП за последние 30 лет, заболеваемость может увеличиваться у молодых людей. В глобальном масштабе бремя рака желчного пузыря и других видов рака желчевыводящих путей возросло за последние 30 лет. Для РЖП было выявлено несколько факторов риска, многие из которых имеют общие характеристики хронического воспаления желчного пузыря. В статье рассматриваются основные факторы риска и заболевания, предшествующие развитию рака. Цель обзора - представить анализ современных литературных данных об эпидемиологии настоящего заболевания и факторах риска.
