АДЬЮВАНТНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ АУТОИММУННОГО ГЕПАТИТА
Аннотация
Цель: рассмотреть возможности адъювантной терапии в лечении аутоиммунного гепатита. Рассмотрены теоретические предпосылки и существующие исследования по применению гепатотропных препаратов при аутоиммунном гепатите. Обсуждаются ситуации, когда терапия аутоиммунного гепатита может быть дополнена неконвенциональными лекарственными средствами. Следует полагать, что лечение аутоиммунного гепатита не всегда должно ограничиваться схемами иммуносупрессии, а в ряде случаев может быть усилено препаратами, обеспечивающими дополнительные эффекты. Наиболее перспективными агентами для адьювантной терапии АИГ представляются урсодезоксихолевая и глицирризиновая кислоты.
