Полиморфизмы генов цитокинов в механизмах развития воспалительного и язвенного поражений желудка

Аннотация
На сегодняшний день накоплено достаточно достоверных данных о вовлеченности различных генов цитокинов, продукты которых принимают непосредственное участие в процессах регуляции иммунного ответа при воспалительных процессах слизистой желудка. Однако, среди этих работ, исследования, посвященные генетическим механизмам формирования воспалительных и язвенных поражений желудка, малочисленны, а полученные данные противоречивы. Между тем, выявление предрасполагающих факторов, способных модулировать прогрессирование воспалительного процесса ведущего к развитию язв желудка имеет весьма важное значение в плане разработки их ранних прогностических критериев, и, вместе с этим, профилактических и лечебных стратегий.
