Abstract
The aim of the research: to establish diagnostic and prognostic values of chromosomal aberrations in the gene of vitamin D receptors in the combined course of chronic pancreatitis and arterial hypertension. Materials and methods: For this research, two groups of patients were created - the main one - 70 patients with chronic pancreatitis and arterial hypertension and a comparison group - 40 persons with isolated course of chronic pancreatitis. Results: The prevalence of B-allelic polymorphism of this gene was established. The comorbidity of chronic pancreatitis and arterial hypertension in 51.4% of cases occurs against the pathological (ВВ-genotype) polymorphism of the VDR gene, which means early development of complications. With В-allelic polymorphism of the VDR gene, favorable conditions for the development of osteopenic conditions (32.9%) are created, which causes their early diagnosis and treatment.
