ИММУНОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ ПРИРОДА ЖЕЛЧЕКАМЕННОЙ БОЛЕЗНИ (ГИПОТЕЗА)

Аннотация

Камнеобразование в желчных путях является комплексным заболеванием, причины возникновения которого остаются не до конца изученными и, в основном, ассоциированными с метаболическими расстройствами. Последние научные данные позволяют по-новому взглянуть на проблему, выдвинув гипотезу о камнеобразовании как о защитной иммунологической реакции организма, направленной на изоляцию экзогенных микроорганизмов и снижение экспрессии TLR-рецепторов. В данной парадигме желчекаменная болезнь представляется как холангиопатия иммунной этиологии, терапия которой связана с нормализацией иммунного статуса холангиоцитов.
