ИНФЕКЦИЯ, АССОЦИИРОВАННАЯ С CLOSTRIDIUM DIFFI CILE, КАК ОСЛОЖНЕНИЕ АНТИБИОТИКОТЕРАПИИ. ОБЗОР КЛИНИЧЕСКИХ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИЙ

Аннотация

Статья содержит обзор современных рекомендаций по ведению больных с инфекцией Clostridium difficilе (Сd-И), одной из актуальных и нерешенных проблем современной медицины, риск развития которой возрастает у больных пожилого возраста, с различными сопутствующими заболеваниями. Данные по распространенности данного заболевания в РФ ограничены. Для выявления случаев Сd-И и проведения эффективной антиклостридиальной терапии необходима доступность диагностических тестов, определяющих наличие токсинов Clostridium difficile. Рациональное применение антибактериальных препаратов, разумное ограничение длительности антибактериальной терапии являются неотъемлемыми условиями для снижения риска развития антибиотик-ассоциированной диареи, в том числе ассоциированной с Clostridium difficile инфекцией.
