Эволюция представлений о воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника у детей

Аннотация

История изучения воспалительных заболеваний кишечника (ВЗК, IBD) насчитывает не одно столетие. Одно из первых задокументированных описаний воспалительного заболевания кишечника датируется 1859 годом. С тех пор заболевания претерпели значительный патоморфоз. В представленном обзоре проанализированы современные данные о причинно-значимых факторах развития ВЗК. Патогенетические механизмы формирования воспалительных заболеваний кишечника и патоморфоз клинической картины. Особое внимание уделено анализу терапевтической тактики и эффективности противовоспалительной терапии с учетом возраста больного и степени тяжести заболевания. Материал и методы: для выполнения этих задач был произведен поиск результатов рандомизированных исследований, метанализов в современной отечественной и зарубежной литературе глубиной более 5лет. Заключение: согласно данным современной литературы, частота ВЗК неуклонно растет, как у взрослых, так и в детском возрасте. Наблюдается значительное омоложение заболевания.
