Гиперурикемия, подагра и патология пищеварительной системы: общие звенья патогенеза

Аннотация

Цель: изучить и представить современные данные о прямых и опосредованных клинико-патогенетических взаимосвязях метаболизма пуриновых соединений с физиологическими и патологическими процессами мочевыделительной и пищеварительной систем в условиях нормального уровня мочевой кислоты, а также при гиперурикемии и подагре. Материал и методы. Проведен комплексный анализ доступных современных научных официальных источников и нормативных документов за период последнего десятилетия в базах Scopus, PubMed.com., E-library. Заключение. На основании данных современной научной литературы и многочисленных изысканий, можно говорить о наличии патогенетической взаимосвязи между уровнем мочевой кислоты и поражением органов мочевыделительной и пищеварительной систем.
