Диспансерное наблюдение хронического атрофического гастрита

Больные хроническим гастритом (ХГ) при развитии атрофии слизистой оболочки желудка подвергаются повышенному риску развития рака желудка (РЖ). При ведении таких пациентов развитие дисплазии высокой степени и инвазивного РЖ должны быть определены как неблагоприятные исходы, которые необходимо предотвратить. С этой целью пациенты с диагнозом «Хронический атрофический фундальный/мультифокальный гастрит» подлежат динамическому диспансерному наблюдению для оценки достижения целевых показателей, учета сведений об изменении диагноза и сопутствующих заболеваний, возникающих осложнений, а также для внесения данных о проводимых лечебно-профилактических мероприятиях. В данной статье представлены основные аспекты профилактики и диспансерного наблюдения за пациентами с повышенным риском формирования РЖ.
