ГЕПАТОЦЕЛЛЮЛЯРНЫЙ РАК. ГЕНДЕРНЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ КАНЦЕРОГЕНЕЗА
Аннотация
В обзоре представлены современные данные о роли циркулирующих и тканевых половых гормонов, а также их ядерных рецепторов в гепатоканцерогенезе. Обращается внимание на различные влияния гепатопротекторных средств на возникновение и развитие гепатоцеллюлярного рака у мужчин и женщин, что необходимо учитывать как в профилактике, так и в лечении рака печени.
