Определить частоту и некоторые механизмы развития остеодефицитных состояний при хроническом панкреатите. Материалы и методы. В исследование был включен 161 пациент с хроническим панкреатитом. Определены маркеры костного метаболизма: остеокальцин, β-CrossLaps, выполнена двухэнергетическая рентгеновская абсорбциометрия. Проведен анализ содержания цитокинов ИЛ-2, ИЛ-6, ИЛ-8 в колонобиоптатах, состава кишечной микробиоты. Результаты. Снижение минеральной плотности костной ткани ассоциировано с повышением цитокинов в колонобиоптатах и степенью кишечного дисбиоза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose of the study. To investigate the frequency and some mechanisms of osteopenia in chronic pancreatitis. Materials and methods. In a study of 161 patients with chronic pancreatitis included. Bone-turnover markers was measured: osteocalcin, β-CrossLaps, dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry was performed. The analysis of the content cytokines IL-2, IL-6, IL-8 in colonic biopsies, composition of the gut microbiota. Results.
