В статье изложены основные принципы лечения язвенного колита низкой и умеренной степени тяжести с учетом российских и международных рекомендаций. Рассмотрены подходы к лечению язвенного колита, не отвечающего на терапию месалазином. Представлен обзор клинических исследований, посвященных оценке эффективности топических стероидных гормонов. Предложен алгоритм отбора пациентов для назначения будесонида c мультиматриксной системой доставки.
The article outlines the basic principles of treatment of mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis, according to Russian and international recommendations. Approaches to the treatment of ulcerative colitis resistant to mesalamine therapy are considered. A review of clinical trials for the evaluation of the effectiveness of topical steroids is presented. The algorithm of patient selection for budesonide multimatrix treatment is proposed.
