Изучить состояние системы гемостаза у пациентов с фиброзом и циррозом печени. Материалы и методы. Обследовано 10 пациентов с фиброзом печени (ФП), 25 пациентов с циррозом печени (ЦП) и 10 здоровых лиц. Проведена оценка первичного и вторичного гемостаза, а также Хагеман-зависимого фибринолиза. Результаты. Для пациентов с ФП характерно нарушение агрегации тромбоцитов с агонистами на фоне нормального количества тромбоцитов, а также удлинение тромбинового времени (ТВ) и активированного парциального тромбопластинового времени (АПТВ) при нормальном протромбиновом индексе (ПТИ). При ЦП наблюдались тромбоцитопатия и тромбоцитопения, удлинение ТВ и АПТВ и уменьшение ПТИ. Время Хагеман-зависимого фибринолиза при ЦП было удлинено. Заключение. Для пациентов с ФП и ЦП характерны нарушения первичного и вторичного гемостаза, а для больных с ЦП и Хагеман-зависимого фибринолиза, что, вероятно, может быть обусловлено прогрессирующей печеночно-клеточной недостаточностью и/или ДВС-синдромом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim was to investigate hemostasis system in patients with liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. Materials and methods. We examined 10 patients with liver fibrosis, 25 patients with liver cirrhosis and 10 healthy people. Primary and secondary hemostasis and Hageman-factor-dependent fibrinolysis were studied. Results. Patients with liver fibrosis had decreased platelets aggregation with inductors, but normal platelet count. Also, they had increased thrombin time (TT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), but normal prothrombin index (PTI). Patients with liver cirrhosis had thrombocytopenia and decreased platelets aggregation, increased TT and APTT, but decreased PTI. Time of the Hageman-factor-dependent fibrinolysis was increased in patients with liver cirrhosis. Conclusion. Patients with liver fibrosis and cirrhosis have disturbances in primary and secondary hemostasis and patients with liver cirrhosis have decreased activity of Hageman-factor-dependent fibrinolysis.
