Н. Сперанского в 2016-2017 гг. Материалы и методы: проанализировано 3200 историй болезни детей, у 32 детей была диагностирована желчнокаменная болезнь ЖКБ, из них - 11 мальчиков и 21 девочка в возрасте от 1 г 9 мес до 17 лет 8 мес. Оценивались антропометрические данные, семейный анамнез, длительность заболевания, наличие абдоминалгии, эпизоды резкого снижения массы тела. Проводились лабораторные и инструментальные исследования. Результаты: желчнокаменная болезнь (ЖКБ) встречается у 10% детей с заболеваниями пищеварительного тракта, преимущественно у девочек, около половины пациентов имели нормальную массу тела и отягощенную наследственность по ЖКБ, а у каждого пятого ребенка родственники страдали избыточной массой тела. В 28% случаев был выявлен синдром цитолиза (&gt; 10 норм) и холестаза (&gt; 3 норм), клинические симптомы ЖКБ отмечались в течение 3 мес, у половины детей диагностированы аномалии развития и взвесь в полости желчного пузыря. 25% подростков девушек сознательно снижали массу тела. Заключение: при обнаружении камней в желчном пузыре необходимо определять показатели функции печени и поджелудочной железы, несмотря на возможное отсутствие жалоб на боли в правом подреберье.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of the study was to reveal the frequency and characteristics of the course of the cholelithiasis on the basis of studying the histories of children hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology of the State Children’s Hospital No. 9 named after GN Speransky in 2016-2017. Materials and methods: 3200 case histories of children were analyzed; in 32 children, cholelithiasis was diagnosed, among them 11 boys and 21 girls aged 1-9 months to 17 years 8 months. Anthropometric data, family history, duration of the disease, presence of abdominalgia, episodes of a sharp decrease in body weight were evaluated. Laboratory and instrumental studies were conducted. Results: cholelithiasis occurs in 10% of children with digestive tract diseases, mostly in girls, about half of patients had normal body weight and heredity of cholelithiasis, and in every fifth child, relatives suffered from excessive body weight. In 28% of cases, cytolysis syndrome (&gt; 10 norms) and cholestasis (&gt; 3 norms) were detected, clinical symptoms of cholelithiasis were noted within 3 months, in half of the children developmental abnormalities and a suspension in the gallbladder cavity were diagnosed. 25% of adolescent girls deliberately reduced body weight.
