Несмотря на успехи в диагностике ранних стадий заболевания у достаточно большой части пациентов заболевание манифестирует симптомами толстокишечной непроходимости. Колоректальное стентирование является малоинвазивной альтернативой экстренному оперативному вмешательству, связанному с высокой частотой осложнений и летальностью. С момента первого применения в 1991 году накоплен большой опыт эндопротезирования не только как паллиативная помощь у неоперабельных пациентов, но и как этап предоперационной подготовки к радикальному лечению. В статье представлены литературные данные, касающиеся различных методик, показаний и противопоказаний, результатов и осложнений стентирования при толстокишечной непроходимости</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Colorectal cancer is one of the common forms of malignancies in the world. Despite advances in the diagnosis of early stage of the disease in a large enough number of patients develop clinical bowel obstruction. Colorectal stenting is a minimally invasive alternative to emergency surgery, associated with high morbidity and mortality. Since its first application in 1991, has accumulated a lot of experience not only as palliative care for inoperable patients, but also as a «bridge to surgery» for radical treatment.
