Семантическая проблема обозначения множества заболеваний является темой для широкого обсуждения как в мировом медицинском сообществе, так и в России. В статье проанализированы и уточнены дефиниции «полиморбидности», «коморбидности»и «мультиморбидности», предлагаемые для обозначения множественности заболеваний у одного пациента. Это позволяет объективно взглянуть на такую сложную и многоплановую проблему, какой является множественная патология.
The semantic problem of designation of a set of diseases is a subject for wide discussion both in the world medical community and in Russia. The article analyzes and clarifies the definitions of “polymorbidity”, “comorbidity” and “multi-morbidity” proposed to refer to the plurality of diseases in one patient. This allows you to objectively look at such a complex and multifaceted problem, which is a multiple pathology.
