Представить на современном уровне развития медицины сведения о роли микробиоты желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ) в формировании патологии внутренних органов и перспективах коррекции нарушенного микробного баланса. Показано, что изменение микробиоты ЖКТ может ассоциироваться с различными заболеваниями внутренних органов. Наиболее сложным вопросом, требующим решения, является определение коэффициента участия фактора избыточного бактериального роста и роли отдельных представителей микробиоты в развитии неалкогольной жировой болезни печени, неалкогольной жировой болезни поджелудочной железы, метаболического синдрома, сахарного диабета 2 типа, что связано с недостаточностью, имеющейся в настоящее время доказательной базы. Необходимо проведение крупных рандомизированных контролируемых исследований, посвященных определению роли нормальной микробиоты ЖКТ в профилактике и лечении перечисленных заболеваний. Представляется перспективным совершенствование и внедрение новых методов восстановления микробиоты ЖКТ путем создания препаратов, содержащих бактериоцины, направленных на эрадикацию целевого микроорганизма и вакцин, способных обеспечить профилактику инфицирования патогенными микроорганизмами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim of the review. Present at the modern level of the development of medicine information on the role of the microbiota of the gastrointestinal tract in the formation of pathology of internal organs and the prospects for correcting the disturbed microbial balance. It is shown that a change in the gastrointestinal microbiota can be associated with various diseases of the internal organs. The most complex issue that needs to be addressed is to determine the coefficient of participation of the bacterial overgrowth factor and the role of individual microbiota in the development of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, non-alcoholic pancreatic fatty disease, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is due to the current insufficiency evidence base. It is necessary to conduct large randomized controlled trials on the role of normal gastrointestinal microbiota in the prevention and treatment of these diseases.
