В обзоре литературы аргументируется, что пробиотическая терапия может повысить эффективность стандартных схем ведения пациентов с СРК. Персонифицированная терапия аутопробиотиком доказала свои преимущества перед лечением промышленными штаммами. Вопросы аутопробиотической терапии требуют дальнейшего изучения (применение иных аутопробиотических штаммов, возможность применения аутопробиотических коктейлей, расширение спектра нозологических форм).

The literature review argued that probiotic therapy can increase the effectiveness of standard schemes for management of patients with IBS. Personalized therapy autoprobiotics proved its benefits before treatment of industrial strains. Questions autoprobiotics therapy require further study (the use of other strains of autoprobiotics, the possibility of autoprobiotics of cocktails, expanding the range of nosological forms).
