Цель исследования: Синдром раздраженного кишечника (СРК) негативно влияет на качество жизни (КЖ), связанное со здоровьем. Целью настоящего исследования является сравнительный анализ показателей психического и физического компонентов здоровья у больных СРК в зависимости от возраста, пола пациентов и типа СРК. Материалы и методы: В специализированной гастроэнтерологической клинике у 245 больных СРК было исследовано КЖ с помощью опросника MOS SF-36. Анализ был проведен в 2-х группах больных СРК: до 45 лет (n=125) от 45 лет и старше (n=120). Результаты исследования: У больных с СРК выявлены низкие показатели как физического, так и психического компонентов здоровья. С возрастом значимо снижается КЖ за счет физического компонента здоровья (PH), р<0.05. КЖ по физическому функционированию (FF), эмоциональному (RE) и ролевому функционированию (RP) у женщин старшей возрастной подгруппы ниже, чем, у мужчин, p<0.05. У больных СРК-З показатели КЖ ниже, чем при СРК-Д и СРК-СМ, р<0.05. Заключение: КЖ у больных СРК снижено как в молодом, так и старшем возрасте, преимущественно у женщин и с возрастом еще более снижается. У больных с СРК-З качество жизни ниже, чем при СРК-Д и СРК-СМ.

Preamble and aim of the study: Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) affects health-related quality of life (QоL). The purpose of this study is a comparative analysis of the mental and physical indicators of health conditions IBS patients depending on age, gender of patients and type of IBS. Materials and methods: In a specialized gastroenterology clinic 245 patients with IBS were investigated QoL using a questionnaire MOS SF-36. The analysis was conducted in 2 groups of patients with IBS: up to 45 years (n=125) from 45 years and older (n=120). The results of the study: IBS рatients have low rates of both physical and mental components health. With age significantly reduced QoL, due to the physical component health (PH), p<0.05. QoL by physical (FF), emotional (RE) and role functioning (RP), in the women older age subgroup is lower than in men, p<0.05. QoL indicators of IBS-C patients are lower than in IBS-D and IBS-CM patients, p<0.05. Conclusion: QOL in patients with IBS reduced in younger and older age, predominantly in women and with age even more reduced. IBS-C patients QoL is lower than at IBS-D and IBS-CM.
