Приведены показания к использованию пробиотиков при гастоэнтерологичпских заболеваниях у детей согласно критериям доказательной медицины. Значительная часть материала посвящена позитивной роли штамма Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis пробиотиков при лечении и профилактике гастроэнтерологической патологии у детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a review of the literature on modern concepts about probiotics, criteria for their use, mechanisms of protective action. Given the indications for the use of probiotics for gastroenterologicheskih diseases in children according to the criteria of evidence-based medicine.
