По результатам комплексного обследования, в том числе гистологического исследования, исключены воспалительные заболевания кишечника, колит, вызванный ЦМВИ. Связь с приемом НПВП оценена как вероятная по шкале Наранжо. В исходе заболевания возникла динамическая кишечная непроходимость, обусловленная флегмонозным колитом, приведшим к смерти пациентки. Целью публикации явилось привлечение внимания специалистов к особенностям течения колита у ВИЧ инфицированных больных, сложностям дифференциальной диагностики, факторам риска развития флегмоны толстой кишки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a clinical case of a complicated course of erosive and ulcerative lesions of the colon with the development of phlegmon of the cecum in a patient with HIV infection in the AIDS stage. According to the results of a comprehensive examination, including histological examination, inflammatory bowel diseases and colitis caused by CMVI were excluded. The association with NSAID use was assessed as probable on the Naranjo scale. The outcome of the disease was a dynamic intestinal obstruction caused by phlegmonous colitis, which led to the death of the patient.
