Наибольшее количество клинических исследований направлено на изучение эффективности применения в терапии функциональных гастроинтестинальных расстройств различных ограничительных режимов питания - диета low-FODMAP, безглютеновая диета и средиземноморская диета. Цель обзора - анализ результатов современных клинических исследований, изучающих эффективность использования различных ограничительных типов питания в лечении функциональных гастроинтестинальных расстройств у пациентов детского возраста. На сегодня исследования, касающиеся эффективности использования различных ограничительных диет среди пациентов детского возраста, остаются единичными. Ограниченные данные свидетельствуют о том, что low-FODMAP и средиземноморская диета могут быть перспективным средством для лечения функциональных гастроинтестинальных расстройств, особенно у пациентов с синдромом раздраженного кишечника, но необходимы дополнительные исследования по данному вопросу. Изучение эффективности использования различных ограничительных типов питания у детей, страдающих функциональными гастроинтестинальными расстройствами, является перспективным и мало изученным на сегодня направлением исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In recent years, much attention has been paid by researchers to dietary interventions and lifestyle changes as areas of therapy for patients suffering from functional gastrointestinal disorders. The largest number of clinical studies are aimed at studying the effectiveness of various restrictive dietary regimes in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders - the low-FODMAP diet, the gluten-free diet and the Mediterranean diet. The purpose of the review is to analyze the results of modern clinical studies examining the effectiveness of using various restrictive types of nutrition in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders in children. Currently, there are few studies on the effectiveness of using various restrictive diets among pediatric patients. Limited evidence suggests that low-FODMAP and the Mediterranean diet may be promising treatments for functional gastrointestinal disorders, especially in patients with irritable bowel syndrome, but more research is needed on this issue.
