Представлена краткая информация о лекарственно-индуцированном поражении печени (критерии, классификация), а также обзор публикаций по альбендазол-индуцированному гепатиту (всего 21 источник за весь доступный период интернет-поиска с общим количеством пациентов - 258). Анализ публикаций показал, что риск гепатотоксичности при приёме альбендазола, хотя уступает парацетамолу, вполне ожидаем при его широком профилактическом и терапевтическом использовании. Приведено собственное клиническое наблюдение ребёнка 9 лет, у которого через несколько дней после самостоятельного приёма альбендазола развилась клиника гепатита и острой печёночной недостаточности. На фоне инфузионной и гепатопротективной терапии была получена быстрая положительная динамика с полной клинической и лабораторной нормализацией при катамнестическом наблюдении.

Brief information on drug-induced liver injury (criteria, classification) is presented, as well as a review of publications on albendazole-induced hepatitis (a total of 21 sources for the entire available period of Internet search with a total of 258 patients). Analysis of publications showed that the risk of hepatotoxicity when taking albendazole, although inferior to paracetamol, is quite expected with its wide prophylactic and therapeutic use. The author presents his own clinical observation of a 9-year-old child, who developed clinical hepatitis and acute liver failure a few days after independent administration of albendazole. Rapid positive dynamics with complete clinical and laboratory normalization during follow-up observation were achieved against the background of infusion and hepatoprotective therapy.
