По данным визуализации поджелудочной железы может не выявляться никаких изменений. При этом проводится огромный комплекс повторных диагностических и лечебных мероприятий, целью которых является снижение уровня амилазы, однако не всегда эта цель достигается, уровень амилазы не нормализуется. Пациент может не иметь никаких клинических симптомов острого или хронического панкреатита и не нуждаться в лечении, но при этом подвергаться многократным лабораторным и инструментальным исследованиям и повторным курсам лечения. В статье рассматриваются возможные причины гиперамилаземии, вызванной не только заболеваниями поджелудочной железы, но и заболеваниями других органов и систем.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Elevated serum amylase levels are typically associated with acute and chronic pancreatitis, but pancreatitis is not the only cause of hyperamylasemia. Pancreatic imaging may not reveal any changes. A wide range of repeated diagnostic and therapeutic measures are used to lower amylase levels, but this is not always successful, and amylase levels do not return to normal. A patient may have no clinical symptoms of acute or chronic pancreatitis and may not require treatment, yet still undergo multiple laboratory and imaging studies and repeated treatment courses.
