Определить корреляцию уровня инсулиноподобного фактора роста-1 (ИФР-1) с протяженностью поражения, степенью активности язвенного колита, наличием псевдополипов и неоплазии толстой кишки (ТК), а также хроническим панкреатитом. Материалы и методы. Был обследовано 25 пациентов с язвенным колитом в возрасте от 30-40 лет. Всем пациентам было выполнено эндоскопическое исследование толстой, эндосонографическое исследование поджелудочной железы для верификации наличия критериев хронического панкреатита (ХП) и взят анализ крови для проведения иммуноферментного анализа на предмет уровня ИФР-1. Был проведен корреляционный анализ с вычислением коэффициента ранговой корреляции Спирмена с определением тесноты связи между признаками по шкале Чеддока. Результаты исследования. При проведении исследования было определено, что коэффициент корреляции между протяженностью поражения в ТК и уровнем изучаемого белка был равен 0,140, связь между исследуемыми признаками - прямая, теснота связи по шкале Чеддока - слабая, что отражает отсутствие связи между протяженностью поражения и уровнем ИФР-1. Изучение зависимости количества ИФР-1 в сыворотке крови и степень выраженности воспаления в стенке ТК показало высокую тесноту связи, коэффициент корреляции был равен -0.871. Значительная корреляционная связь была также выявлена и с наличием ХП при ЯК (коэффициент корреляции -0.601). Определение зависимости наличия псевдополипов и неоплазии ТК и уровня ИФР-1 не показало статистически достоверную корреляцию между изучаемыми признаками. Заключение. Исходя из результатов исследования, уровень ИФР-1 имеет обратную корреляционную связь с выраженностью воспаления в толстой кишке и наличием хронического панкреатита при язвенном колите, что позволяет использовать количество данного белка в сыворотке крови в качестве маркера для верификации степени активности ЯК и наличия ХП.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To determine the correlation of the level of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) with the extent of the lesion, the degree of activity of ulcerative colitis (UC), the presence of pseudopolyps and neoplasia of the colon, as well as chronic pancreatitis. Materials and methods. 25 patients with UC aged 30-40 years were examined. All patients underwent endoscopic examination of the colon, endosonographic examination of the pancreas to verify the presence of criteria for chronic pancreatitis (CP) and a blood test for enzyme immunoassay for IGF-1 levels. A correlation analysis was performed with the calculation of Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient (CC) with the determination of the closeness of the relationship between the signs on the Chaddock scale. Results. The study of the dependence of the amount of IGF-1 in the blood serum and the severity of inflammation in the colon showed a high degree of closeness, the CC was equal to -0.871. A significant correlation was also found with the presence of CP in UC (CC -0.601). The determination of the dependence of the presence of pseudopolyps and neoplasia of the colon and the level of IGF-1 did not show a statistically significant correlation between the studied signs. Conclusion.
