PubMed, eLIBRARY. The pathogenesis of IBD is based on a genetic predisposition, the implementation of which occurs under the influence of aggressive environmental factors and the state of the intestinal microflora, which leads to a cascade of inflammatory reactions in the intestinal wall. However, to date, the mechanism of IBD development remains incompletely understood, and therefore conducting a literature review on the features of hemorheology and hemostasis in children with this pathology is relevant for the subsequent study of this issue in order to optimize therapy.
