Это многогранное состояние, характеризующееся необратимой заменой нормальной ткани печени фиброзной рубцовой тканью, существенно влияет на детскую демографию, требуя тонкого подхода к диагностике, профилактике и лечению. Основными причинами цирроза у детей являются хронический холестаз, метаболические нарушения, присутствующие с рождения, и хронический, прежде всего инфекционный, гепатит. Авторы рассматривают диагностические и дифференциально-диагностические аспекты терминальной стадии заболевания печени у детей. Терапевтическое ведение пациентов с циррозом печени и ОХПН основано на поддержке различных органных функций. Гемодиализ/плазмоферез может служить у некоторых пациентов в качестве промежуточной терапии перед трансплантацией печени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Liver cirrhosis is a major problem in the pediatric population due to the complex interaction of etiologic factors, clinical manifestations, and limited therapeutic options. This multifaceted condition, characterized by irreversible replacement of normal liver tissue with fibrous scar tissue, significantly impacts childhood demographics, requiring a sensitive approach to diagnosis, prevention, and treatment. The main causes of cirrhosis in children are chronic cholestasis, metabolic disorders present from birth, and chronic, primarily infectious, hepatitis. The authors consider diagnostic and differential diagnostic aspects of terminal stage liver disease in children. Therapeutic management of patients with liver cirrhosis and acute renal failure is based on supporting various organ functions.
