Имеет широкую распространенность и является актуальной медико-социальной проблемой. Ожирение является основным компонентом метаболического синдрома. Увеличение массы висцерального жира, инсулинорезистентность и гиперинсулинемия приводят к развитию нарушений углеводного, липидного, пуринового обмена и артериальной гипертонии. Потенциальным фактором риска развития ожирения, сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, нарушений углеводного обмена, дислипидемии и артериальной гипертензии многими авторами признан дефицит витамина D. Рецепторы витамина D экспрессируются в различных тканях, включая кардиомиоциты, сосудистые гладкомышечные клетки и эндотелиальные клетки. Витамин D влияет на воспаление, пролиферацию и дифференциацию клеток. Однако, ряд исследований не подтверждают причинно-следственную связь между дефицитом витамина D и компонентами метаболического синдрома. В статье представлены данные о влиянии витамина D на развитие и прогрессирование основных компонентов метаболического синдрома. Показана взаимосвязь жировой ткани и витамина D. Рассматривается эффективность назначения витамина D на снижение массы тела, инсулинорезистентность, дислипидемию, углеводный обмен и артериальное давление.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Metabolic syndrome is recognized by WHO experts as a “pandemic of the 21st century”. It is widespread and is a pressing medical and social problem. Obesity is a major component of metabolic syndrome. An increase in visceral fat mass, insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia lead to the development of disorders of carbohydrate, lipid, purine metabolism and arterial hypertension. Vitamin D deficiency has been recognized by many authors as a potential risk factor for the development of obesity, cardiovascular diseases, carbohydrate metabolism disorders, dyslipidemia and arterial hypertension. Vitamin D receptors are expressed in various tissues, including cardiomyocytes, vascular smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells. Vitamin D affects inflammation, cell proliferation and differentiation. However, a number of studies do not confirm a cause-and-effect relationship between vitamin D deficiency and components of the metabolic syndrome. The article presents data on the effect of vitamin D on the development and progression of the main components of metabolic syndrome. The relationship between adipose tissue and vitamin D is shown.
