В обзорной статье представлены современные сведения о внутрипанкреатических и центральных механизмах формирования болевого синдрома у пациентов с хроническим панкреатитом. На основании патогенетических механизмов намечены перспективы терапии пациентов хроническим панкреатитом с болевым синдромом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pain in chronic pancreatitis is one of the most mysterious and complex problems of modern gastroenterology. In a review article presents current information about intrapancreatic and central mechanisms of formation of pain in patients with chronic pancreatitis.
