В настоящее время лечение пациентов с перианальными проявлениями болезни Крона представляет собой сложную задачу, требующую комплексного подхода. Существующие методы хирургической коррекции, зачастую, носят лишь временный характер, показатель частоты рецидивов заболевания по-прежнему остается на высоком уровне. Неудовлетворительные результаты лечения, особенно в отдаленном послеоперационном периоде, малое число клинических наблюдений в опубликованных научных работах, посвященных лечению перианальных свищей на фоне болезни Крона, отсутствие единой тактики лечения этих пациентов, а также низкая достоверность результатов, определяют потребность дальнейших исследований.
Currently, the treatment of patients with perianal manifestations of Crohn's disease is a complex task that requires an integrated approach. Existing methods of surgical correction are often only temporary, the rate of relapse of the disease remains high. Unsatisfactory treatment results, especially in the late postoperative period, a small number of clinical observations in published scientific papers devoted to the treatment of perianal fistulas against the background of Crohn's disease, the lack of a unified treatment strategy for these patients, as well as the low reliability of the results, determine the need for further research.
