Целью данной обзорной статьи является пояснение актуальных проблем и существующих тенденций в лечении пациентов с неэпителиальными новообразованиями пищевода. В частности, представлены результаты анализа исследований, посвящённых оценке эффективности и безопасности эндоскопических операций при неэпителиальных опухолях пищевода. Благодаря анализу отобранных публикаций можно продемонстрировать как эффективность, так и безопасность эндоскопических операций. Однако, несмотря на минимально инвазивный характер внутрипросветных вмешательств, отмечается относительно высокая частота осложнений, что связано с отсутствием стандартных критериев отбора пациентов для эндоскопических операций. Заключение. Таким образом, после сравнения ближайших и отдаленных результатов внутрипросветных эндоскопических вмешательств можно заключить, что эндоскопические операции могут рассматриваться в качестве эффективного метода лечения при неэпителиальных новообразованиях пищевода. Необходимо отметить, что тщательное обследование и персонифицированный отбор пациентов являются залогом успешного лечения. Однако наличие большого количества спорных вопросов и неопределенных данных подчеркивает необходимость дальнейшего изучения данной проблемы и проведения крупных рандомизированных исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose of the review. The purpose of this review article is to explain the current problems and current trends in the treatment of patients with non-epithelial esophageal neoplasms. In particular, the results of the analysis of studies devoted to the evaluation of the efficacy and safety of endoscopic surgeries for non-epithelial esophageal tumors are presented. Thanks to the analysis of the publications selected for evaluation, it is possible to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic surgeries. However, despite the minimally invasive nature of intraluminal interventions, a relatively high complication rate is noted, which is associated with the lack of standard criteria for selecting patients for endoscopic surgeries. Conclusion. Thus, after comparing the immediate and remote results of intraluminal endoscopic interventions, it can be concluded that endoscopic operations can be considered as an effective method of treatment for non-epithelial neoplasms of the esophagus. It should be noted that careful examination and personalized selection of patients is the key to successful treatment.
