В данной статье рассматривается современное положение проблемы острой мезентериальной ишемии. На сегодняшний день этот вопрос остается нерешенным в ургентной хирургии. Несмотря на интенсивное развитие диагностических методов, смертность при данной нозологии остаётся крайне высокой. На данный момент отсутствуют специфические маркёры, позволившие бы диагностировать ОМИ на ранних этапах, а более современные и значимые способы диагностики доступны в крупных лечебных учреждениях. В обзоре анализируется комплексный подход к диагностике и лечению данной патологии.

This article examines the current state of the problem of acute mesenteric ischemia. To date, this issue remains unresolved in urgent surgery. Despite the intensive development of diagnostic methods, mortality in this nosology remains extremely high. At the moment, there are no specific markers that would allow diagnosing AMI at early stages, and more modern and significant diagnostic methods are available in large medical institutions. The review analyzes a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis and treatment of this pathology.
