Цель исследования: описать характеристики основных сопутствующих заболеваний при бронхиальной астме у детей, о которых сообщается в литературе, и предоставить клиницистам информацию для распознавания этих состояний. Материал и методы. Для исследования были использованы научные статьи, посвященные сопутствующим заболеваниям у детей с астмой. В рамках работы проведен обзор литературы, систематизация существующих данных и обобщены результаты клинических исследований, определена роль коморбидных состояний для контроля течения бронхиальной астмы у детей. Результаты. Полученные результаты подчёркивают серьёзность коморбидного состояния у детей с бронхиальной астмой. Более глубокое понимание влияния сопутствующих заболеваний у детей с астмой может помочь в разработке передовых методов оценки, лечения и контроля сопутствующих заболеваний. Заключение. Обзор литературы показал, что ожирение, аллергический ринит и гастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь являются наиболее часто встречающимися коморбидными состояниями у детей с бронхиальной астмой. Эти состояния усложняют контроль бронхиальной астмы, увеличивают частоту обострений и могут требовать изменения стандартной терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective. The assessment of comorbidities is fundamental to optimise the management of patients with bronchial asthma. The overall aim of this article is to describe the characteristics of the main comorbidities in paediatric bronchial asthma reported in the literature and to provide clinicians with information to recognise these conditions. Material and Methods. Scientific articles on comorbidities in children with asthma were used for the study. A literature review was conducted to systematise existing data and summarise the results of clinical studies to present a complete picture of the impact of comorbidities on asthma control in children. Results. These results emphasise the seriousness of comorbid conditions in children with asthma. A better understanding of the impact of comorbidities in children with asthma may help in the development of best practices for the assessment, treatment, and control of comorbidities. Conclusion. A review of the literature revealed that obesity, allergic rhinitis and gastroesophageal reflux disease are the most common comorbid conditions in children with asthma.
