Рассматривается парадигма формирования пищевой толерантности с помощью раннего введения аллергенных продуктов, а также новые технологии создания заменителей грудного молока с низким риском развития аллергической патологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review includes 61 sources, including modern and earlier domestic and foreign recommendations for feeding children in the first months of life, as well as large long-term observations and original studies concerning the timing of the introduction of potentially allergenic products, the use of mixtures based on cow’s milk protein hydrolysates, mixtures based on the milk of other animals and based on plant protein hydrolysates.
