В статье описан клинический случай фульминантного парацетамолового гепатита у молодой женщины 33 лет. Фульминантный гепатит развился вследствие бесконтрольного приема парацетамол содержащих препаратов по поводу острой вирусной инфекции. Отравление парацетамолом подтверждено на вскрытии.

This article describes a clinical case of fulminant paracetamoly hepatitis a young woman of 33 years. Fulminant hepatitis has developed as a consequence of uncontrolled reception paracetamol-containing medicines for acute viral infection. Paracetamol poisoning confirmed at autopsy.
