Данный клинический случай демонстрирует сложность ведения коморбидного пациента с антибиотик-ассоциированной диареей. Мы наблюдали пациентку, у которой на фоне терапии развились экстремально ранние преждевременные роды живым недоношенным плодом (гистационный возраст 25-26 недель), антибиотико-ассоциированная (Clostridium difficile) не купируемая диарея, псевдомембранозный колит, острая динамическая кишечная непроходимость. На фоне лечения в течение 14 суток состояние пациентки улучшилось.

This clinical case demonstrates the complexity of managing a comorbid patient with antibiotic-associated diarrhea. We observed a patient who, during therapy, developed extremely early premature birth with a live premature fetus (at 25-26 weeks), antibiotic-associated (Clostridium difficile) intractable diarrhea, pseudomembranous colitis, and acute dynamic intestinal obstruction. After treatment for 14 days, the patient’s condition improved.
