Эозинофильный энтерит (ЭоЭн) - редкое заболевание, ключевым методом диагностики которого является ЭГДС с биопсиями и морфологическим исследованием. В статье представлены современные критерии постановки диагноза ЭоЭн, спектр выявляемых эндоскопических (в том числе при видеокапсульной и баллонно-ассистированной энтероскопии) и морфологических изменений; сделан акцент на специфическом эндоскопическом признаке этой патологии. Также представлены клинические примеры с собственными эндоскопическими наблюдениями у детей с ЭоЭн. Статья позволит улучшить осведомлённость гастроэнтерологов и эндоскопистов об ЭоЭн для своевременной диагностики заболевания и назначения лечения.

Eosinophilic enteritis (EoEn) is a rare disease, the key diagnostic method for which is upper endoscopy with biopsies and histological examination. The article presents criteria of the diagnosis of EoEn, the range of detected endoscopic (including video capsule and balloon-assisted enteroscopy) and morphological lesions; emphasis is placed on the specific endoscopic sign of this pathology. Clinical examples with our own endoscopic examinations in children with EoEn are also presented. The article will improve the awareness of gastroenterologists and endoscopists about EoEn for timely diagnosis of the disease and treatment.
