Цель исследования. Определить методами функциональной диагностики нарушения моторно-эвакуаторных свойств толстой кишки, изучить ее двигательную активность с вовлечением в патологический процесс тех или иных сегментов. Материалы и методы. В основу нашей работы положен опыт обследования 389 больных с хроническими запорами при аномалиях развития толстой кишки. На основании результатов предложено выделять хронический запор- кологенный и проктогенный. Применение предложенных методов позволило полностью исключить лучевую нагрузку на больного. Методы просты, не требуют специальных затрат, проводятся амбулаторно. Результаты. Представлены функциональные методы исследования толстой кишки в зависимости от вида запора. Оценить функциональное состояние терминальных отделов толстой кишки можно на основе следующих параметров: перистальтической и пропульсивной активности, резервуарной функции прямой кишки, состояния замыкательного аппарата, возможности эвакуации кала. Заключение. В каждом случае должна проводиться уточненная диагностика функционального состояния толстой кишки при аномалиях ее развития. Примененные нами методы, позволили индивидуализировать подход к выбору лечебной тактики в зависимости от вида хронического запора и удобны при анализе отдаленных результатов лечения.
Aim. The purpose of the study.
