Цель исследования. Статья посвящена анализу влияния пола пациента на частоту и локализацию эпителиальных новообразований толстой кишки. Материалы и методы. В сплошном поперечном ретроспективном исследовании изучены результаты 3086 колоноскопий за 2019-2020 гг. Результаты. Выделена группа 980 пациентов с неоплазиями. Анализ локализации и числа выявленных новообразований в зависимости от возраста и пола выявил существенное возрастание числа опухолей после 40 лет жизни. В работе подтверждена связь мужского пола с частотой новообразований толстой кишки. Однако, представлены существенные различия в частоте и локализации неоплазий в зависимости от пола и возраста пациентов при синхронных опухолях толстой кишки. Показана связь хронического неспецифического воспаления с новообразованиями толстой кишки. Заключение. Предложены возрастные границы скрининга новообразований толстой кишки и позиции, требующие дальнейшего изучения.

Purpose of the study. The article It is devoted to the analysis of the influence of the patient’s sex on the frequency and localization of epithelial neoplasms of the colon. Materials and methods. In a continuous cross-sectional retrospective study we studied the results of 3086 colonoscopies for 2019-2020. Results. A cohort of. 980 patients with neoplasia.
