Проведен обзор патентов, полученных в разных странах и посвященных аммиаку как диагностическому маркеру хеликобактерной инфекции. Рассмотрены подходы к оценке эффективности тест-системы, приведены данные по валидации и верификации. Высокие диагностические характеристики подтверждаются результатами сопоставительных исследований на разных возрастных группах пациентов и достигают 97% чувствительности и 96% специфичности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Biochemical process that lay in the core of non-invasive detection of Helicobacter pylori with the help of HELIC Ammonia breath test, manufactured by AMA Co Ltd., St.Petersburg, is shown. Patents from various countries, describing ammonia as H.pylori diagnostic marker, are reviewed. Approaches for evaluation of efficacy of the test-system are analyzed, validation and verification data is provided.
