На основании анализа литературы и обобщения практического опыта представлен обзор современных данных, касающихся эпидемиологии, этиологии и патогенеза ВЗК. В данном обзоре основное внимание авторы сосредоточили на звеньях иммунной системы, включающих компоненты врожденного иммунитета (макрофаги, моноциты, нейтрофилы, дендритные клетки), адаптивного, или приобретенного иммунитета, (Т- и В- клетки), секретируемых ими медиаторах (цитокины и хемокины), а также клетках кишечного эпителия врожденных лимфойдных клетках, так как, согласно современным представлениям, элементы именно этой системы являются ключевыми факторами в понимании патогенеза ВЗК. Данная проблема мало изучена и требует дальнейших исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Based on the literature overview and summarizing of practical experience we provides a current review of data regarding the epidemiology, etiology and pathogenesis of IBD.
